Job Description
Associate Director Product Owner for Retail and CPG at Nagarro, driving digital transformations and leading strategies for product ownership in various domains.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Retail & CPG Domain SME and own the practice point of view
- Lead CXO workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic consulting engagements
- Drive presales, solutioning, proposals, and deal shaping
- Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, and thought leadership assets
- Mentor consulting teams and ensure high-quality practice deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to support client transformations
- Represent Nagarro through client interactions, industry events, and practice-building initiatives
Requirements:
- Total Experience 13 years+
- Deep expertise in 2–3 Retail & CPG domains such as Merchandising, PLM, Demand Planning, Logistics, Store Operations, Category Management, or Trade Promotion
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end Retail & CPG value chain and key business drivers
- Experience leading large transformation programs (ERP, PLM, Supply Chain, Merchandising)
- Proven experience conducting CXO workshops, presales, solutioning, and practice development
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, and mentoring skills
- Exposure to AI/GenAI in Retail and COE/practice-building experience is a plus
