Job Description
Contract recruiter joining product management team to hire top-tier product talent impacting strategy. Partnering with leadership to shape hiring decisions and deliver quality candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies
- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
- Advise on role scoping and hiring process design
- Deliver an inclusive, streamlined, high-quality candidate experience
- Contribute to team initiatives that elevate operational rigor
Requirements:
- 4+ years full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to partner and influence at senior levels
- Experience using data, insights, and competitive intelligence
- Strong problem-solving skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
