Job Description

Product Marketing Director for Visier Solutions leading go-to-market strategy for SaaS products. Shape product direction and ensure alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for key Visier solutions, driving growth across net-new acquisition, expansion, and retention
  • Develop and operationalize differentiated positioning and messaging that clearly articulates business value and gives Visier a competitive edge
  • Act as the voice of the buyer, distilling customer insights and market signals into actionable guidance for product, sales, and marketing
  • Lead product and feature launches with measurable impact on awareness, pipeline, and adoption
  • Enable the sales team with compelling narratives, tools, and training that improve conversion, influence deal outcomes, and shorten sales cycles
  • Drive the messaging and targeting strategy to fuel high-performing campaigns in partnership with our marketing team
  • Optimize and measure GTM performance, using sales feedback, customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and usage trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring strategy alignment and unified execution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with proven outcomes owning strategic product marketing initiatives that impacted growth, customer adoption or market expansion
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling business value for senior buyers — turning product depth into pipeline impact
  • You chart a clear path forward, prioritizing outcomes over perfection and momentum over consensus
  • You frame every decision in terms of revenue impact, market opportunity, and buyer motivation
  • You simplify the complex through exceptional storytelling and messaging that compels action
  • You know your market, your customer, and exactly where your product fits in the broader ecosystem
