Job Description
Production & Project Manager for a character driven entertainment company. Managing projects across comics, anime, and digital entertainment with executive support responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Track and manage multiple projects across content production, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, and technology initiatives
- Maintain project timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and action items across teams
- Follow up with internal team members, contractors, creators, and external partners to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively assist in resolving issues before they impact project timelines
- Keep leadership informed on project status, priorities, risks, and outstanding needs
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries and action items
- Support executives with scheduling, coordination, research, and project follow through
- Help organize priorities and maintain visibility across multiple company initiatives
- Coordinate communication between departments, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Serve as a professional point of contact for creators, partners, vendors, and collaborators
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow up communications to maintain momentum across projects
- Represent the company professionally through written and verbal communication
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations or executive support
- Strong English communication skills (C1/C2), both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proactive, self-directed, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Comfortable collaborating with remote teams across multiple functions
- Experience within entertainment, animation, film, gaming, creator economy, comics, anime, social media, or digital media industries (Highly Preferred)
- Experience working with remote teams, contractors, and external partners (Highly Preferred)
- Experience using project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms (Highly Preferred)
- Familiarity with social media, creator management, and digital marketing workflows (Highly Preferred)
- Interest in emerging technology (Highly Preferred)
