Job Description
Technical Writer developing and managing stakeholder communications for Gainwell’s Colorado Medicaid account. Collaborating with internal experts for content accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Write, edit, and manage the development of multi-vendor stakeholder communications and provider communications on behalf of Gainwell client
- Partner with internal subject matter experts to gather information and assess communication needs
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Gainwell subsystems
- Provide high-touch client experience by anticipating needs and ensuring quality standards
- Manage the full content development lifecycle from drafting to publication
Requirements:
- 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably supporting healthcare, government, or regulated environments
- Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrated experience managing review, approval, and stakeholder feedback processes
- Project management experience strongly preferred, with ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
- Self-motivated and adaptable
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness and ability to learn complex subject matter to effectively collaborate with subject matter experts
