Job Description
Lead partner program manager advancing Hyland’s enterprise content and AI transformation programs. Driving onboarding, enablement, analytics, process improvement, and partner change management.
Responsibilities:
- Support partnership programs across onboarding, enablement, process improvement, and reporting for the global partner community
- Define partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, certifications, and follow-up
- Lead onboarding processes for new technology partners
- Develop systems for ongoing partner communication and feedback
- Respond to inquiries, capture feedback, prioritize improvements, and implement process changes
- Operationalize program benefits across internal partner teams
- Lead complex projects involving internal and external partners
- Use CRM tools and analytical insights to track and improve program initiatives
- Manage partner account data and turn large datasets into actionable insights
- Serve as a trusted advisor to potential partners and maintain strategic relationships
- Mentor, coach, and train team members
- Support change management for company-wide program updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or significant equivalent experience
- Previous experience in program management, project management, or business development
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects within budgets and timelines
- Experience with Enterprise Imaging related technologies
- Deep knowledge of the partner ecosystem
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to process large amounts of data into actionable insights
- Experience with CRM tools to manage partner account data
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Up to 25% travel required
- Experience with partner programs and engaging with customers through partners preferred
- Experience developing strategic partner relationships preferred
- Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders preferred
- Experience developing partner communication and feedback systems preferred
- Experience mentoring, coaching, and training team members preferred
