Job Description

Program Manager overseeing Human Resources Command activities for Native Hawaiian-owned federal contractor Lawelawe Defense. Leading teams, contract deliverables, staffing, schedules, customer relationships, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage program activities related to the Human Resources Command (HRC) at Fort Knox, KY
  • Lead a cross-functional team and ensure program objectives are met
  • Collaborate with Lawelawe leadership, stakeholders, and team members to deliver high-quality services and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all contract terms and requirements
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact and address inquiries, concerns, and feedback
  • Plan and organize day-to-day program tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Determine labor needs to meet program production goals
  • Organize, monitor, and track program schedules, milestones, goals, and objectives
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of contract deliverables
  • Identify process improvements to enhance program efficiency and performance
  • Oversee and guide recruitment efforts to ensure timely and effective staffing
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in program management, with demonstrated success leading complex programs and teams
  • 8–10 years of related experience required
  • Secret Level Clearance required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration software, and other relevant technologies
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
