Job Description

Program Manager executing WM's key account program with large clients in environmental solutions. Building relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute WM's key account program with large clients across multiple market areas.
  • Build deep and lasting relationships with clients by harnessing WM's resources.
  • Grow and maintain existing revenue while ensuring quality of the book of business.
  • Partner with Key Account Executive in support of new program initiatives.
  • Drive new revenue by proposing client and site-specific solutions.
  • Oversee contract compliance and execute CPI increases.
  • Participate in client launch, renewal and de-implementation activities.
  • Educate clients on local regulatory compliance trends and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accounts receivable are current.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years relevant experience.
  • Experience: Five (5) years of relevant experience required.
  • Preferred Experience: Prior experience with regulated waste preferred.
