Job Description

Program Manager supporting Comagine Health's Maternal Programs while ensuring project success within strategic programs. Leading projects to improve healthcare outcomes by leveraging data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • The Program Manager supports the Program Director in ensuring the overall success of one or more strategic programs.
  • Lead multiple programs and projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, staffing, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project leads to coordinate work plans, staff assignments, and project priorities.
  • Develop and monitor project plans while proactively identifying and resolving risks and challenges.
  • Partner with Contracting & Compliance to develop policies, agreements, and governance processes.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, budgets, customer presentations, and solution development.
  • Ensure all program activities comply with contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible project or program management experience leading increasingly complex initiatives.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience using data to evaluate program impact, quality assurance, performance measurement, or similar analytical work.
  • Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience supporting maternal health, maternal and child health (MCH), public health, or healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
