Job Description
Project Manager guiding customers through AI implementation projects at Metal Toad, a strategic AI partner. Managing agile delivery, budgets, risks, timelines, and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through successful implementation journeys from project initiation through closure
- Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Unblock developers and remove dependencies
- Identify risks, conceptualize scenarios, and chart paths to success
- Ensure project success
- Work closely with an agile development team throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Facilitate continuous improvement of the team and its processes using servant leadership
- Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and team dysfunctions
- Track team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to stakeholders
- Own budgets, timelines, scope, and risks
- Act as the client's primary project contact and provide transparent communication
- Provide high levels of client communication and customer service
- Record action items and disseminate information and tasks to the team
- Report weekly to the manager on project health, including budgets, schedules, and scope concerns
- Report weekly/monthly status updates to clients
Requirements:

- Advanced to fluent English communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management or other applicable roles
- Direct work experience in the digital realm and knowledge of development project life cycles
- Direct work experience with software development methodologies and project management tools, including SCRUM/Agile and Kanban
- Must reside in Brazil
- Resume must be submitted in English as a PDF
- Scrum certification (PSM) is nice to have
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience is nice to have
