Job Description

Project Manager leading cardiac safety study delivery for Clario, a clinical trial technology and services company. Coordinating timelines, budgets, stakeholders, documentation, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of clinical study management, ensuring delivery of high-quality services
  • Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams
  • Develop and maintain study documentation, reports, and data archiving processes
  • Coordinate equipment distribution and tracking to support study execution
  • Monitor study timelines and manage financial components, including budgets, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation
  • Identify study risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder communications, negotiations, and relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Promote a positive team environment through effective communication and resource coordination
  • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to resolve client issues and maintain issue tracking for timely resolution
  • Represent study services in client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings, as needed
  • Support onboarding and training of new Project Management team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field
  • 1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or related industry
  • Knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented with demonstrated responsiveness and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel up to approximately 20%
