Job Description

Project Manager managing Energy Savings Performance Contract projects at CEG Solutions. Leading project development from selection to contract award with a focus on sustainability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) projects from initial selection through contract award
  • Own the development plan, schedule, and deliverables while coordinating with a cross-functional team
  • Serve as a client-facing leader to drive alignment on scope, savings, pricing, and contract terms
  • Maintain risk, issues, and action logs; communicate status to leadership and the client
  • Work with the engineering team for site discovery, data requests, and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop financial proformas and deal structures ensuring projects meet ROI targets and performance guarantees
  • Lead the preparation of the final deliverables/proposals and coordinate internal reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in Energy Service Performance Contracting (ESPC) or complex design-build projects
  • Experience leading pursuits from selection to contract award
  • Technical understanding of HVAC, mechanical/electrical systems, boilers, chillers, building envelope, and energy simulation software
  • Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and/or Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CVMP) designation preferred
  • Exceptional technical writing and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
