Job Description
Contract Project Manager leading post-acquisition NetSuite, EDI, WMS, Shopify, and supply-chain integrations. Supporting Dollar Shave Club’s direct-to-consumer personal-care business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end systems integration project following an acquisition
- Manage NetSuite ERP consolidation, master data migration, supply chain integration, WMS and Shopify integrations, Celigo configuration, EDI migration via Orderful, and potential StockIQ implementation
- Own project plans, timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, and phase-gate go/no-go criteria
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Coordinate internal engineers/admins, cross-functional teams, external consultants, implementation vendors, and 3PL providers
- Manage physical inventory transition, cutover dates, stock reconciliation, and order-fulfillment continuity
- Track project budgets, vendor contracts/SOWs, and spending
- Identify and resolve or escalate risks and blockers
- Facilitate status meetings and produce leadership reporting
- Manage change communications to Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams
- Ensure data integrity and reconciliation at migration milestones
- Document processes and handoff materials for post-migration support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience leading ERP/financial systems migrations, ideally NetSuite-to-NetSuite consolidations
- Direct experience with EDI implementations/migrations (Orderful, SPS Commerce, or similar)
- Experience with iPaaS/integration platforms (Celigo preferred)
- Experience coordinating WMS integrations and/or 3PL transitions, including physical inventory moves
- Familiarity with Shopify in a DTC/retail context
- Experience with inventory planning tools (StockIQ or similar demand planning/replenishment systems) a plus
- Strong track record managing multi-phase, cross-functional technical projects with real financial/operational stakes
- Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Excellent risk identification, escalation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing external vendor/consultant relationships and SOWs
- Proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, Atlassian/Jira, or similar)
- M&A integration experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
