Job Description
Gerente de Projetos SAP liderando implementações Greenfield, conversões S/4HANA e rollouts para clientes nacionais e internacionais. Gestão de equipes, riscos, orçamento e entregas ponta a ponta.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end SAP projects from initiation through closure
- Lead SAP Greenfield implementation projects, including process design, configuration, testing, and Go-Live
- Manage SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects, ensuring operational continuity and risk mitigation
- Lead Bluefield projects (Selective Data Transition), when applicable
- Manage national and international rollout projects, upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and other projects
- Prepare and monitor schedules, budgets, scope, quality, risks, and performance indicators
- Lead executive and operational meetings with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising functional consultants, ABAP, BASIS, Integration, Security, and other SAP specialists
- Ensure the application of SAP Activate, PMBOK, Agile, and project governance best practices
- Manage project risks, changes, dependencies, and impediments
- Foster alignment between business and technology teams
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports for clients and company leadership
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and practices
- Ensure project delivery in line with quality, timeline, scope, and budget standards, promoting operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business value creation
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP projects
- Experience participating in SAP Greenfield implementation projects
- Experience participating in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects
- Experience with rollout, upgrade, digital transformation, and AMS projects
- Experience with projects involving multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, RE-FX, among others)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, scope, quality, risks, and resources
- Experience working in SAP consulting firms or on large-scale corporate transformation programs
- Experience managing multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
- Experience working in multicultural environments and engaging with international clients
