Job Description
Project Manager blending project execution with leadership in the iGaming industry. Collaborate with teams for successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Blend rigorous project execution with servant-leadership facilitation.
- Guide teams through end-to-end delivery ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and value.
- Remove impediments and create engaging, collaborative ceremonies that energize rather than burden.
- Partner closely with the Project Leader and stakeholders to co-create plans, adapt processes to real-world needs, and foster an empowered, high-trust environment.
- Co-design project roadmaps and sprint plans, translating strategic objectives into clear, prioritized backlogs.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource allocation—adjusting proactively to maintain flow and quality.
- Act as a servant leader: remove blockers, coach teams to self-organization, and champion psychological safety.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies with dynamic, interactive techniques that drive engagement and outcomes.
- Design and run immersive workshops (using Mural or equivalent) to align cross-functional teams.
- Produce concise, visual project dashboards and narrative updates that focus on business value and team energy.
- Simplify and tailor agile processes to fit team context—eliminating unnecessary ceremony and bureaucracy.
- Lead post-project and sprint retrospectives, driving actionable improvements and fostering a culture of experimentation.
- Track project expenditures in real time, alert stakeholders to variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management.
- Mindset of ownership and accountability for project success and timelines.
- Capacity to be autonomous and outcome-driven in prioritisation.
- Ability to lead through clarity and influence, not authority or overhead.
- Proven servant-leadership mindset with hands-on facilitation of agile ceremonies and workshops.
- Experience in Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Nice to have Certifications: PMP, CSM, A-CSM, or equivalent.
- Experience designing and scaling agile frameworks in mid-sized to large teams.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
