Job Description
Project Manager delivering Submarine Bloomberg data-caching implementations for TRG Screen, a subscription-management technology provider. Coordinating clients, technical teams, governance, testing, and go-live delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Submarine implementation projects, from initial scoping through go-live and post-implementation review
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
- Coordinate technical discovery, infrastructure setup, testing, and client training workstreams
- Ensure implementation milestones are met according to agreed timelines and client expectations
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Build relationships with client project sponsors, technical leads, and market data teams
- Facilitate project status meetings and steering committees, providing updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and support internal IT security, infrastructure, and compliance approval processes
- Coordinate with Solutions Engineering, Development, Managed Services, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Contribute to Submarine implementation methodology and documentation
- Maintain project status reporting and track delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and issue resolution metrics
- Contribute to internal governance processes and ensure implementations meet quality and security standards
Requirements:
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally within a SaaS, fintech, or financial services environment
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical implementations on time and within scope
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships at both technical and executive levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Bloomberg Data License, reference data, or market data infrastructure is highly advantageous
- Experience working with on-premise or hybrid deployment models is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
