Job Description
Project Manager overseeing localization projects for CoVet’s AI copilot application aiding veterinary professionals. Coordinating localization lifecycle to ensure high-quality, culturally relevant content.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and run localization projects end-to-end across product UI, marketing, lifecycle comms, and help content.
- Define and evangelize localization best practices across the organization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Success to enable global readiness.
- Own and manage localization roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely delivery and cultural appropriateness of localized content.
- Establish scalable localization workflows leveraging automation tools where applicable.
- Run linguistic QA and in-context testing by coordinating reviews, triage of issues, and sign-off for releases.
- Set up feedback loops with in-market stakeholders and internal teams to continuously improve translation quality and user experience.
- Support the coordination of external language vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in localization and/or localization project/program management
- Experience localizing both product UI and marketing content in a high-growth, multilingual environment
- Hands-on experience with localization tooling
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- A global mindset with deep sensitivity to cultural nuances
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Nice to Have)
- Experience with machine translation and linguistic quality metrics (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in SaaS, mobile apps, gaming, or e-commerce industries (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with internationalization concepts and working closely with engineering teams (Nice to Have)
