Job Description
Project Manager coordinating healthcare implementations at CorroHealth. Driving project success while managing client expectations and operational workflows in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing operations implementation for new client and product implementations
- Developing, driving, coordinating, and managing implementation activities and timelines
- Managing multiple implementations and projects across all Corro Clinical business lines
- Leading internal and external efforts to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects
- Developing project plans and timelines
- Providing process improvement recommendations
- Coordinating and developing client deliverables
- Scheduling and leading meetings
- Providing executive level status updates
- Training and assisting new Operations Support Specialists and Operations Support Coordinators
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of project management and/or product development experience
- 1–2+ years of healthcare project management or implementation experience
- Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows
- Direct experience in Hospital Utilization Management, Case Management, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Coding, and Revenue Cycle Operations
- Highly Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
