Job Description
Werkstudent:in unterstützt Marketing-Projektmanagement bei einem Berliner Anbieter digitaler Komplettlösungen. Koordination von Aufgaben, Deadlines und Marketingprozessen mit modernen Tools und KI.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and management of marketing projects
- Maintain project plans and task overviews, for example in tools such as Plane
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks and deadlines within the team
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day business and operational tasks
- Assist in optimizing and automating project and marketing processes
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student, ideally studying business administration, marketing, economics, communications, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, with a structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Good understanding of priorities and deadlines, even when managing multiple topics simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
- Confident user of common office and collaboration tools; experience with project management tools is an advantage
- Interest in marketing, digitalization, and AI
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Availability of approximately 10 hours per week, by arrangement
