Job Description
Project Manager responsible for driving cross functional projects at Nift. Supporting the CEO while ensuring key initiatives are on track and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the CEO and the leadership team team to prioritize initiatives, drive clarity on KPIs, improve accountability, ensure decisions are informed by consistent data, reporting, and performance insights while keeping work (projects) moving forward
- Manage and drive cross-functional projects from intake through completion, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are clearly defined / implemented
- Align project management practices with Nift’s business goals and strategic priorities
- Serve as the central point of accountability and authority for project delivery: define quality and methodology standards, manage risk, and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time, high-quality execution
- Evaluate, enhance and monitor KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to measure delivery performance, health, and continuous improvement
- Own end-to-end project execution: align stakeholders, establish a weekly cadence, track status, scope changes, and deliver clear updates / recommendations
- Figure stuff out, time-sensitive problem solving, driving solutions without the need for formal strategy sessions
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role at a high-growth technology company
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and/or applicable equivalent work experience
- Deep knowledge of project lifecycle management, governance, financial accountability, scopes, risks, and change control
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and knowing when to apply each
- Proven demonstrable successful completion of at least 10 projects as the lead PM
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive reporting skills
- High EQ skills, proven ability to build rapport with and influence others
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ownership Mindset: Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of initiative, consistently taking responsibility, and exceeds expectations
