Job Description
Assistant Project Manager supporting construction project management through coordination, documentation, and client communications for a global team.
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers throughout all phases of construction projects.
- Assist with project setup and maintenance within Procore.
- Track project milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project documentation and administrative workflows.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up communications.
- Ensure project updates and documentation are communicated accurately and on time.
- Perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam.
- Assist with estimating activities and bid preparation.
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
- Support budgeting and cost-tracking efforts.
- Manage project documentation, permits, and compliance records.
- Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documentation.
- Ensure all project files are properly maintained and organized.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Support reporting and performance tracking activities.
Requirements:
- Experience working in construction project management, estimating, or project coordination.
- Proficiency with Procore.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Estimating background or experience performing takeoffs (preferred).
- Experience supporting commercial or residential construction projects (preferred).
- Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and project controls (preferred).
