Job Description
Project Manager driving enterprise commerce solutions in a fast-paced environment at SMITH, leading project lifecycle from planning to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget parameters
- Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
- Understand the project deliverables and scope in the Statement of Work
- Develop, manage, and document all production schedules, milestones, projections, estimates, and budgets for customer-assigned projects
- Client and client stakeholder management & acceptance
- Responsibility for project budget and financial success metrics
- Serve as the customer’s first point of contact to manage expectations and communications
- Manage the project team, including assigning individual project tasks
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years’ experience as a project manager
- Enterprise commerce experience preferred either within an agency, systems integration consultancy or within an online/digital department of an established B2B or B2C company
- Experience with project management principles, processes, tools, and techniques
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall software development environments
- Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- CAPM or PMP certification
