Job Description
Property Portfolio Manager overseeing property management for owned and leased assets in Greenville/Spartanburg area. Collaborating with partners to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of owned and leased properties
- Develop and manage operating budgets and asset management plans
- Cultivate relationships with area leadership and partners
- Deliver property management services according to defined standards
- Inspect properties and identify service deficiencies
Requirements:
- Two years of property management experience
- Basic understanding of lease/real estate terms and building operations
- Experience managing vendors
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
