Job Description
Public Relations Publicist crafting media messages and managing client relationships for a top PR firm. Seeking creative storytellers passionate about tech, healthcare, and finance.
Responsibilities:
- Craft media messages, press releases, and campaigns
- Monitor media coverage and trends
- Conduct daily news monitoring and reporting
- Search and respond to journalist requests
- Perform database research and monitoring
- Support account strategists with assigned tasks
- Potential opportunity to manage client relationships
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills
- Confidence in working directly with clients
- Ability to manage client expectations effectively
- Comfortable collaborating in a team environment
- Skilled at managing multiple duties and tasks
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Strong writing ability
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Political Science, Communications, or Public Relations is a plus
- One year of experience as a journalist, writer, publicist, or editor preferred (educational experience also accepted)
