Job Description

Purchasing & Inbound Assistant managing purchase orders and vendor invoicing. Supporting logistics and ensuring timely delivery of goods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in issuing POs and monitoring production progress to ensure loads ship on time to support sales.
  • Support invoicing processes for all product and freight vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
  • Maintain and update PO, shipment, and payment trackers to aggregate and monitor all data associated with ordered inventory.
  • Set up SKUs in WAMs and ensure proper system integration.
  • Create and manage inner and master carton labels to support compliance and operational needs.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned, supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, inbound logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong knowledge of PO management, vendor invoicing, and shipment tracking.
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.
