Job Description
Vendor Management Lead overseeing BPO operations at Owner.com, an AI growth system for local restaurants. Driving excellence in outsourcing and managing vendor relations.
Responsibilities:
- Driving Operational Excellence by safeguarding customer experience
- Enabling Seamless Product Launches by spearheading comprehensive training
- Elevating Global Workflows as the vital link between internal teams and external partners
- Providing Strategic Financial Clarity for informed decision-making
- Empowering Frontline Teams with dedicated daily support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management role
- At least 2 years in a BPO operations
- Proven experience in the restaurant tech industry is highly desirable
- Proven experience working directly with outsourcing partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with process mapping and optimization
