Job Description

Vendor Management Lead overseeing BPO operations at Owner.com, an AI growth system for local restaurants. Driving excellence in outsourcing and managing vendor relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving Operational Excellence by safeguarding customer experience
  • Enabling Seamless Product Launches by spearheading comprehensive training
  • Elevating Global Workflows as the vital link between internal teams and external partners
  • Providing Strategic Financial Clarity for informed decision-making
  • Empowering Frontline Teams with dedicated daily support

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management role
  • At least 2 years in a BPO operations
  • Proven experience in the restaurant tech industry is highly desirable
  • Proven experience working directly with outsourcing partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with process mapping and optimization
