Job Description
Real Estate Agent leveraging marketing and automation for Tucson real estate. Focus on high-intent opportunities using a tech-enabled growth platform with competitive commission.
Responsibilities:
- Convert high-intent buyer and seller opportunities
- Manage your pipeline from your phone using the Sizzle Marketing mobile app
- Leverage automated nurture systems instead of chasing cold leads
- Build consistent production without building a 60-hour workweek
Requirements:
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (to be held with RGroup Realty)
- Strong knowledge of the Tucson market (Foothills, Marana, Sahuarita, Oro Valley, Central, etc.)
- Comfort using technology daily
- A production mindset
