Job Description
Recruiter managing hiring efforts across departments for a tech-focused company. Developing strategies for engaging diverse candidates while promoting an inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships to understand ChowNow’s continually evolving organization
- Own the hiring efforts for various positions across multiple departments on both technical and non-technical side
- Develop creative recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders
- Focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovative approaches to passive candidate engagement
- Reports to the Recruiting Manager
- No direct reports
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Full Cycle Recruiting (including scheduling) in the tech industry
- Proven track record of building pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates across varying disciplines both technical and non technical roles
- Prior experience extending offers and closing candidates and are able to manage several requisitions at once
- Developed boolean searching skills
- Take a partnership approach to working with engaged hiring managers
- Experience developing and utilizing your network to engage and attract passive candidates
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever preferred
- Experienced in effectively managing a high volume of candidates
- Desire to deliver excellence while providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Enjoy writing engaging and personalized messages and have a proven record of high response rates
- Hyper-organized with your pipeline and don’t let candidates fall into the black hole.
