Job Description

Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle focused on Gulf markets. Seeking candidates with GCC hiring experience to enhance our operations in the restaurant and café industry in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
  • Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle job postings, CV screening, and candidate shortlisting.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
  • Previous experience hiring in GCC countries is a must.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Previous Experience in Using ATS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
