Job Description
Recruiter specializing in high volume skilled trades, driving recruitment for a key client's business needs. Focused on exceptional service and managing multiple requisitions across time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Specialize in supporting a key client's business needs
- Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
- Handle 40-60 requisitions at a time across different time zones
- Connect with motivated candidates to match them to job opportunities
- Build relationships to develop a strong pipeline of candidates
- Advocate for candidates for career opportunities
- Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline
- Deliver on client commitments and provide an exceptional hiring experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce.
- Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
