Job Description
Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment at Lemon.io connecting startups and vetted software engineers. Seeking a blend of skills in communication and understanding of tech stacks.
Responsibilities:
- recruiting talents
- handle full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing
- working in partnership with hiring managers
- being the company ambassador throughout the whole process
- making sure the talent landed safely and successfully
- pull tasks from HR backlog depending on the team capacity and priorities.
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Advanced (or confident Upper-intermediate) English and literacy in Ukrainian
- business acumen and understanding popular tech stacks
- great self-organization skills
- constantly work on self-development
- learn and implement new tools
- curiosity and sense of humor.
