Job Description

Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment at Lemon.io connecting startups and vetted software engineers. Seeking a blend of skills in communication and understanding of tech stacks.

Responsibilities:

  • recruiting talents
  • handle full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing
  • working in partnership with hiring managers
  • being the company ambassador throughout the whole process
  • making sure the talent landed safely and successfully
  • pull tasks from HR backlog depending on the team capacity and priorities.

Requirements:

  • at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Advanced (or confident Upper-intermediate) English and literacy in Ukrainian
  • business acumen and understanding popular tech stacks
  • great self-organization skills
  • constantly work on self-development
  • learn and implement new tools
  • curiosity and sense of humor.
