Job Description

Recruiting Optimization Contractor updating job descriptions for Salesforce. Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with role requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing job descriptions on the career site to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current role requirements and company standards.
  • Identify and correct formatting issues, outdated language, and inaccurate role details across a high volume of postings.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Optimization team to prioritize updates and flag roles that need recruiter or hiring manager input.
  • Complete a defined scope of job description updates within the 3-month engagement, contributing to a stronger candidate experience and more effective talent attraction.

Requirements:

  • Experience reviewing, editing, or writing professional content with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a workload independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Prior experience working in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or career site platforms (preferred).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, large-scale organization (preferred).
