Job Description
Senior Recruiter overseeing talent acquisition and managing full-cycle hiring processes for Red Antler. Engaging in creative sourcing and building recruiting operations for a high-impact role.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles at Red Antler Group
- Source actively and creatively for hard-to-fill roles
- Manage a high-volume, multi-discipline requisition load
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to scope roles
- Build and refine recruiting operations
- Develop and maintain pipelines for evergreen roles
- Identify and implement tools, processes, and metrics
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven ability to source and evaluate creative talent
- Demonstrated track record of carrying a high-volume, multi-discipline req load
- Strong operational instincts
- Hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
