Job Description

Senior Recruiter overseeing talent acquisition and managing full-cycle hiring processes for Red Antler. Engaging in creative sourcing and building recruiting operations for a high-impact role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all open roles at Red Antler Group
  • Source actively and creatively for hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage a high-volume, multi-discipline requisition load
  • Partner with hiring managers and department leads to scope roles
  • Build and refine recruiting operations
  • Develop and maintain pipelines for evergreen roles
  • Identify and implement tools, processes, and metrics
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics and pipeline health
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to source and evaluate creative talent
  • Demonstrated track record of carrying a high-volume, multi-discipline req load
  • Strong operational instincts
  • Hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools
