Job Description
Regional Director overseeing Service Experts' field management operations and financial performance. Coordinating schedules, vendors, diagnostics, compliance, restoration, and regional progress.
Responsibilities:
- Build regional schedules; align labor, partner crews, and customer windows.
- Approve high-risk work permits/access arrangements and verify tool/test equipment availability.
- Ensure mobile app/CMMS integrity for jobs—proper status, timestamps, evidence attachments.
- Run spares replenishment cadence with buyers; expedite critical parts.
- Direct regional diagnostic and commissioning campaigns; convert findings to corrective work orders.
- Audit workmanship—cable routing, labeling, mounting, measurement evidence.
- Coach site leaders on contractor supervision, scope clarity, and acceptance criteria.
- Resolve vendor performance gaps with action plans or reallocation.
- Prepare regional cutover playbooks and assign roles for rapid restoration.
- Publish weekly progress summaries and remove blockers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
