Job Description

Sales Regional Director driving commercial strategy in the Centre/West region for a growing medical technology company. Leading teams and developing client relationships to enhance business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee commercial activity
  • Supervise and grow client portfolios
  • Lead the development of relationships with key prescribers
  • Negotiate, monitor and ensure proper execution of local contracts
  • Actively participate in trade shows and professional events
  • Monitor performance indicators
  • Recruit, supervise, train and motivate a team
  • Provide regular field support to team members
  • Ensure smooth and regular communication within the team
  • Identify areas of underperformance
  • Develop and implement skills development plans
  • Provide regular, structured reporting to commercial management

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, Management, Marketing, or Health Sciences)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial units
  • Strong leadership

  • Good listening and communication skills
