Job Description
Sales Regional Director driving commercial strategy in the Centre/West region for a growing medical technology company. Leading teams and developing client relationships to enhance business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee commercial activity
- Supervise and grow client portfolios
- Lead the development of relationships with key prescribers
- Negotiate, monitor and ensure proper execution of local contracts
- Actively participate in trade shows and professional events
- Monitor performance indicators
- Recruit, supervise, train and motivate a team
- Provide regular field support to team members
- Ensure smooth and regular communication within the team
- Identify areas of underperformance
- Develop and implement skills development plans
- Provide regular, structured reporting to commercial management
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Business School, Management, Marketing, or Health Sciences)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial units
- Strong leadership
- Exemplary managerial conduct
- Strong commercial and interpersonal skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Strategic vision and analytical mindset
- Strong organizational skills and rigor
- Agility and change management skills
- Results-oriented
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI tools
- English: B2 (Upper-intermediate)
