Job Description
Sales management role in regional customer service for energy sector company. Analyzing customer needs and maintaining long-term relationships while acquiring new clients in Thüringen region.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual needs and convince customers with our product range.
- Maintaining the Customer Base – You ensure long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
- New Customer Acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base.
- Competitive Analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape.
- Participation in Trade and Leadership Fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience – You have already worked successfully in sales and know how to win customers.
- Education – Ideally, you have completed commercial (business) vocational training.
- Technical Understanding – Technical topics are familiar to you and you can explain complex issues clearly.
- Mobility & Flexibility – You are frequently on the road and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills – You impress with your presence and confident demeanor.
- Independent Working Style – You appreciate working autonomously and have a good sense for what matters.
