Job Description
Regional Sales Lead driving affiliate growth and user acquisition in Mandarin-speaking crypto markets for Bybit. Building KOL, affiliate, and HNW client partnerships to increase trading volume.
Responsibilities:
- Own the affiliate growth strategy and execution for the Mandarin-speaking market
- Report into the global business development team
- Identify, recruit, and develop affiliates with communities of HNW clients, professional traders, and active crypto participants
- Source and manage relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, and media channels
- Negotiate campaigns, co-branded content, and referral programs driving registrations and trading volume
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and trading groups
- Serve as the primary Bybit contact and provide access to OTC desk, VIP programs, and institutional-grade features
- Devise locally relevant user acquisition approaches
- Monitor crypto regulation, competitor activity, and community sentiment
- Feed market insights to regional and global leadership
- Own and report on affiliate acquisition OKRs, including registration, deposit conversion, trading volume, and retention
- Use data to improve ROI
- Collaborate with product, compliance, marketing, and VIP teams to localize offerings and improve the Mandarin-speaking user experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of solid experience in cryptocurrency, FX, fintech, or financial services
- Demonstrable track record of building affiliate networks or business development pipelines from scratch
- Business development or affiliate management experience
- Understanding of referral economics, commission structures, and partner lifecycle management
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of acquisition OKRs, including CPA, LTV, deposit conversion, and volume per referred user
- Use of segmentation and analytics to optimize performance
- Fluent in Mandarin; this is non-negotiable
- Self-starter mentality
- Nice to have: previous experience at a crypto exchange
- Nice to have: experience across time zones and cross-cultural teams
- Nice to have: passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, and crypto payments
- Nice to have: existing relationships with Mandarin-speaking financial media, fintech associations, or institutional broker networks
