Job Description
Regional Sales Leader at Allergan Aesthetics responsible for driving sales strategy and leading a team in Houston, TX. Overseeing performance and account strategy execution for aesthetics portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales strategy and execution for the region
- Manage and track top-line performance and resource allocation
- Oversee development of account strategies and execution plans
- Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives
- Partner with teams to identify cross portfolio opportunities
- Support business owner relationships with regional strategic accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years of sales and sales management experience
- Thorough knowledge of the aesthetics industry
- Experience leading in a cross-functional team setting
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
