Job Description

Regional Sales Manager driving growth for Abler, a SaaS for sports organisations, across the UK. Focusing on new business and leveraging existing relationships for pipeline development.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Build Pipeline: Design and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Research accounts carefully and use outbound tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, or Smartlead to build a strong pipeline.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Prepare and run discovery calls, conduct product demonstrations, send proposals and contracts professionally, and manage negotiations through to close.
  • Build Relationships: Develop long-term relationships with sports organisations across your territory and become a trusted advisor to clubs and administrators.
  • Maintain a Clean Pipeline: Log all activity accurately in our CRM so the team always has a clear picture of pipeline and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Share what is working in the field and bring customer insights back to product, marketing, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, SDR, or AE role, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology
  • A genuine background and passion for sport, whether as a coach, administrator, athlete, or someone who has worked within a sports organisation
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Based in the UK with the right to work
  • Comfortable using sales tools and learning new technology quickly
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Experience selling into sports clubs, leisure, or membership-based organisations is a plus
  • Experience contributing to playbooks or mentoring junior SDRs is a plus
