Job Description
Senior Talent Acquisition professional at Gensler mapping talent across LATAM and engaging with senior candidates. Leading talent strategies to align with evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively map senior talent across LATAM, identifying high-impact individuals within key firms and markets.
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of industry talent landscapes, including competitor structures, emerging leaders, and market shifts.
- Build long-term talent pipelines aligned with evolving business priorities.
- Engage and cultivate relationships with senior-level, often passive candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor to top talent, positioning Gensler as a long-term career destination.
- Lead highly tailored, consultative outreach strategies for niche and leadership profiles.
- Collaborate closely with regional leaders to understand evolving business needs and capability gaps.
- Translate business strategy into targeted talent identification approaches.
- Deliver market insights, including talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Maintain structured intelligence on key individuals, firms, and networks.
- Use data and research to inform strategic decisions around talent.
- Serve as a senior ambassador of Gensler in the market.
- Represent the firm with credibility and professionalism in all candidate interactions.
- Elevate Gensler’s presence within senior talent networks across LATAM.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in executive search, talent mapping, or senior-level recruiting within professional services or similar environments.
- Proven track record engaging and placing senior and leadership-level talent.
- Strong expertise in market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence.
- Ability to operate independently in a highly strategic, ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and synthesize complex talent data.
- Proactive, research-driven mindset with a strong curiosity for market dynamics.
