Job Description

Regional Virtual Care Program Manager developing compliant virtual healthcare services for Providence’s multi-state health system. Guiding stakeholders through implementation, billing, technology, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market-specific virtual care solutions addressing compliance, billing, and legal requirements
  • Serve as the primary contact for regional stakeholders establishing new virtual care clinical services
  • Guide virtual care solution development and implementation in alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
  • Translate local needs into virtual care solutions
  • Provide operational and technical implementation guidance, from consultative support to full project implementation
  • Lead new Regional Virtual Care service development
  • Facilitate system meetings for new Regional Virtual Care services
  • Manage the system of record and reporting
  • Manage the program portfolio and performance
  • Serve as a consultant for regional virtual care initiatives
  • Manage Regional Virtual Care clinical service records
  • Partner with sites on virtual care technology solutions
  • Act as VCDH's main point of contact for regional virtual care services
  • Drive execution while maintaining quality, efficiency, and financial stewardship

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Science, or another related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of healthcare and/or business experience
  • Experience with progressively increasing responsibility in healthcare management
  • Demonstrated experience in strategy, portfolio management, program management, project management, operations, business planning, and/or analysis
  • 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, primarily professional billing
  • Experience with Epic
  • Ability to collaborate, lead, communicate, develop programs, advocate, manage projects, organize, and apply systems thinking in complex environments
  • Ability to drive execution while maintaining quality, efficiency, and financial stewardship
