Job Description
Regulatory Labeling Analyst supporting compliance activities for veterinary products at Covetrus. Reviewing labeling and managing approval processes with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support regulatory compliance activities for Covetrus North America’s private brand products
- Review and approve product packaging and labeling
- Maintain awareness of labeling regulations and industry-standard practices
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage labeling artwork and perform regular drug listing auditing
- Support team members with investigations and research related to labeling and registration
- Support lifecycle management for prescribing information and packaging artwork
- Build sustainable relationships through communication
- Inspect own work critically and communicate any issues
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 0-2 years of related industry experience
- Customer/Client minded
- Ethical conduct
- Research skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Proficient in designer software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana and Smartsheet)
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Quality Management Systems
- Ability to comprehend basic principles, theories, and laws related to wholesale drug distribution
- Ability to follow SOPs.
