Job Description
Risk & Compliance Director overseeing risk management and compliance programs at JLL. Collaborating with teams to safeguard financial integrity and promote compliance culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and governance of risk management and compliance programs across the organization
- Lead annual Enterprise Risk Assessment program, determining risk treatment and mitigation initiatives
- Implement and maintain compliance program encompassing all JLL and client policies, procedures, and Code of Ethics
- Review Master Service Agreement (MSA), conduct gap analysis, and lead MSA change control process
- Manage internal audit program and coordinate external audit activities
- Oversee incident management process and establish risk forums and governance meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk and compliance experience
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to communicate and engage at all levels of executive management and presenting to senior management
- Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and governing boards
- Strong written communication, relationship skills, and policy drafting
- Legal and commercial real estate industries experience a plus
