Job Description
Flexible Relocation Coach supporting relocators across multiple EMEA markets. Building relationships and providing expertise on relocation services during their journey.
Responsibilities:
- Support current markets with surges in business volume
- Provide flexibility for Relocation Coach capacity
- Improve coverage to support relocators across multiple markets and timezones
- Deliver end-to-end Relocation Coach services to a diverse portfolio of relocators
- Build trusted relationships with relocators
- Delegate tasks when appropriate
- Communicate with relocators via PerchPeek app and through calls
- Handle difficult inquiries or situations
- Provide expertise on all aspects of relocation
- Support relocators in understanding company’s relocation policy
- Recommend and coordinate additional relocation services
- Ensure data accuracy for analysis and reporting
- Monitor service delivery to meet quality requirements
- Collaborate with other Relocation Coaches for problem-solving and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Availability to work during GMT/CET business hours
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Awareness or first-hand knowledge of major cities and lifestyle norms in the UK and Europe
- Bonus if lived or relocated within the UK or Europe
