Job Description

As the first Renewals Manager at Zapier, you'll lead standard renewals for our upmarket segment and execute timely renewals by owning the process. Protecting revenue and strengthening relationships is key.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead standard renewals for our upmarket segment
  • Execute timely renewals by owning the process
  • Protect logo retention and ARR outcomes in every renewal
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Billing, Legal, and Sales
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts in Gong and HubSpot
  • Continuously refine renewal processes

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years in renewals, deal desk, account management, or sales roles in SaaS
  • Comfortable building in a "Series A inside a later-stage company"
  • Thrives in CRM tools (HubSpot, Gong)
  • Customer-centric negotiator
  • Cross-functional partner with Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Billing, and Legal
