Job Description
Restoration Project Manager managing projects end-to-end from overseeing crews to project completion. Working remotely out of San Jose, CA and travelling to client sites when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage labor budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
- Communicate progress and technical details to clients
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Xactimate experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Being able to work remotely out of San Jose, CA and travel to client sites and meetings.
