Job Description

Revenue Cycle Operations Director overseeing healthcare operations for Service Center clients. Leading day-to-day operations and ensuring effective revenue cycle performance in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees a portfolio of Service Center clients ensuring smooth operations
  • Executes Service Center objectives and makes key operational decisions
  • Establishes quarterly goals and monitors performance against KPIs
  • Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes relevant revenue cycle data
  • Manages RC Operations Managers and provides coaching and mentorship
  • Establishes and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of healthcare operations experience with 5+ in managerial positions
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Back end Epic revenue cycle experience required
  • Limited travel required
