Job Description
Revenue Cycle Operations Director overseeing healthcare operations for Service Center clients. Leading day-to-day operations and ensuring effective revenue cycle performance in a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees a portfolio of Service Center clients ensuring smooth operations
- Executes Service Center objectives and makes key operational decisions
- Establishes quarterly goals and monitors performance against KPIs
- Analyzes, interprets, and summarizes relevant revenue cycle data
- Manages RC Operations Managers and provides coaching and mentorship
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of healthcare operations experience with 5+ in managerial positions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Back end Epic revenue cycle experience required
- Limited travel required
