Revenue Marketing Director owning qualified pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue at Capitalize, an analytics solutions provider. Building demand generation, attribution, and cross-functional marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow qualified pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue
  • Build and scale a repeatable demand generation engine across events, webinars, partnerships, outbound, and inbound channels
  • Partner closely with sales without functioning as a sales-enablement resource
  • Build lead segmentation and nurture strategies
  • Refine the marketing/sales SLA so sales focuses on the warmest leads while marketing nurtures the rest
  • Develop Capitalize’s annual marketing plan, including plans supporting strategic partners and their ideal customer profiles
  • Build a strategic marketing roadmap aligned to company goals
  • Strengthen alignment across marketing, sales, product, executive leadership, and delivery teams
  • Establish marketing attribution and reporting with a consistent cadence providing leadership visibility into performance
  • Oversee digital marketing performance, including website strategy, SEO, SEM, and GEO
  • Analyze existing marketing and CRM data, including Pipedrive data, to identify focus areas
  • Prioritize business requests and push back when needed with clear reasoning
  • Grow and develop the marketing team by identifying skill gaps and implementing strategies to address them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience in marketing roles
  • Proven experience owning pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue as a metric evaluated on, not just brand awareness or campaign activity
  • Experience building demand generation programs across events, webinars, partnerships, outbound, and inbound
  • Comfort working with strategic partners and building annual marketing plans that account for partner ICPs and revenue goals
  • Strong marketing analytics skills, including comfort working with imperfect or messy CRM data
  • Experience improving marketing attribution, reporting, and lead segmentation/nurture practices
  • Track record of aligning marketing with sales, product, and delivery teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize fast-moving, sometimes unstructured direction from leadership into clear priorities
  • Consulting or professional-services marketing experience is a plus
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to build unparalleled networks
  • Opportunity to work with great people
