Job Description

Revenue Operations Manager für AI-gestützte GTM-Prozesse bei metergrid, einem deutschen Energie-Start-up. Optimierung von Revenue-Prozessen, Automatisierungen, Tools und Reporting für nachhaltige Mieterstromlösungen.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an AI-focused Revenue Operations strategy in collaboration with Go-to-Market leadership
  • Own the operational backbone of the entire revenue model
  • Ensure efficient, data-driven, and scalable collaboration across Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales
  • Develop and manage initiatives to equip GTM teams with AI skills and tools and support their continued development
  • Use and develop AI agents and intelligent automations for GTM teams
  • Evaluate and manage the GTM tool landscape, including selection, setup, maintenance, further development, and data quality
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting at the overall revenue level
  • Ensure a reliable data foundation for GTM teams and management
  • Develop, document, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes for Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales
  • Define and implement requirements in collaboration with the teams
  • Own targets, quota structures, and commission models
  • Support go-to-market initiatives through scalable structures, processes, and tools
  • Identify friction points in GTM motions and develop scalable solutions
  • Work closely with GTM leadership, GTM teams, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders at metergrid
  • Ensure a setup capable of supporting growth and scale

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales Analytics, ideally in a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment
  • Ideally, hands-on experience as an individual contributor on a GTM team, such as Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems, GTM tools, and reporting methodologies
  • Process-oriented and data-driven mindset
  • Structured, reliable, and pragmatic working style
  • Strong understanding of sales realities
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
