Job Description
Sales Agent responsible for scaling Peter Park in the DACH region while acquiring B2B and B2G clients. Requires strong interpersonal skills and familiarity with CRM systems, in a remote setup from Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Raise awareness of Peter Park and drive our scaling in the DACH region, especially in Switzerland, both independently and as part of a team
- Identify and qualify promising B2B and B2G customers and excite them about our product
- Acquire customers through cold calling and manage outbound activities (email, calls, video meetings, social selling, events, etc.)
- Spot trends and develop new, innovative ways to generate company growth
- Ensure high data quality in our CRM system
- Actively contribute to internal projects and initiatives to strengthen the sales team and the Peter Park organization
- Maintain constant communication with the Business Development team and work closely with Account Executives
Requirements:
- Initial professional experience in sales, IoT/SaaS, inside sales, or a similar field
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills: listening is as important as speaking
- Authentic presence, open communication and a personalized approach are key to success
- Excellent German and English skills
- Fluent Italian and/or French is a plus
